1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using VR-Card (https://www.vr-card.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure.

3. Content Responsibility You own the content you post on your vCard (text, images, links). However, you grant VR-Card a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload.

4. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Uploading viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Phishing, spamming, or collecting personal information of others without consent.
• Impersonating any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property The VR-Card platform, including its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of VR-Card and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall VR-Card be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
